If you have never been to Historic Manassas this week you do not want to miss this opportunity to visit and eat at one of the best barbecue places I have ever eaten, “The Bone.”
Last Saturday I stopped by The Bone in the City of Manassas after visiting a few restaurants in Prince William, I was really starving. I needed barbecue, so I chose The Bone, one of the many restaurants participating in NOVA Restaurant Week. Between the great interior design and the environment I felt at home!
I ordered a platter that displayed chicken and pork. I can’t tell you which one is the best because I loved all of them. Since I’ve been in the USA I learned to eat so many different kinds of barbecue. I also love to mesh my BBQ with homemade salsas! The bone has the most delicious salsas.
The corn bread reminds me of my mother’s cornbread and the coleslaw salad has that perfect after taste!
I have to tell you something if you want to try an old fashion potato salad you need to come to The Bone!
Finally I rounded off my NOVA Restaurant Week experience with a beer. The Bone’s beer selection was amazing!
So take your time walk around Historic Manassas downtown and enjoy an incredible day. Don’t forget to visit the train station and the Manassas Museum after stopping by The Bone for their Nova Restaurant Week special!
